Today's workout was a 4.5k run with Jer through a conservation area. It was really hot and humid out today although it was overcast almost the entire day. We didn't start our run until around 1:00pm and that 4.5k was rough. I'll need to mostly work on cardio this week to prepare for an 8k trail race on Sunday.
Hopefully I can keep up. I used Nike+ to record our run so it should be up there now.
