Tonight I went to the gym and did what's called a "brick", which is a bike and a run one after the other. I biked 8km and then hopped right onto the treadmill for a 1.6k run. So, this took me a little under 30 minutes. If I double that and add the swim, let's say 15 mins, I think that 1:15 mins would be a really solid time for me. I'll shoot for that on Sunday and hopefully won't be too far off, as long as I don't die of heat exhaustion or puke everywhere because I'm nervous. I will try and relax and just think of it as "fun" and not run for your life or die.
After I did the brick I also did 3 sets of biceps and 2 sets of triceps. I figure what's the point in doing a triathlon if your guns don't look good? No point. Obviously.
